Balloonfest goes Wrong

Cleveland, 1986, a world record number of 1.5 million balloons was released for charity purpose, but the happy event turned into tragedy when all balloons drifted back over the city causing airport malfunction and drowning two boaters.

In addition, the damage and lawsuits cost ended the event in loss.
